ControlAI — lesson-quality analytics¶
ControlAI turns the cameras already hanging in classrooms into a lesson-quality analytics system: recording → speech recognition → metrics → reports in a web admin panel. Every class session gets an objective card: did it actually take place, how did talk time break down, was the planned topic covered — and what can be improved.
The product is one, but organizations differ — so this document comes in two versions, each written in its audience's own language. Pick yours:
-
For learning centers
Owner, methodist, and teachers: a report for every lesson, a teacher rating, compliance with the center's methodology, and oversight of every branch from one admin panel.
-
For universities
Rectorate, deans, the quality-control office, heads of department, and instructors: confirmation that every class session actually happened, a card for every class session, faculty and department comparisons, an instructor rating, and an evidence base for accreditation.
Both versions tell the story of the same product: what it does, how a single class session's journey works, which metrics are computed, and who benefits and how. What differs is the terminology, examples, admin-panel roles, and rollout details — because a learning center and a university run differently.
