Admin panel for the mentor

Who this is. A mentor is a teacher who runs additional or specialized lessons (tutoring, separate sessions). During the pilot their work is not yet formally evaluated — the role exists, but rating and full analytics for mentors are deferred.

In the current MVP there is no separate "mentor" role yet; their lessons run as regular lessons bound to them, and panel access is at the teacher level. Below is the target picture.

What they see and can do

Their lessons are analyzed like any other

A mentor's lessons are recorded and analyzed just like everyone else's: metrics, transcript, report. They see their personal statistics in the same format as a teacher.

Personal statistics — without a formal evaluation

The mentor gets their numbers (talk-time balance, questions, etc.) as useful feedback, but a formal rating for mentors is not assigned during the pilot — that is deferred to the next stage (see the "Roadmap").

What the mentor does not do

  • Is not given a rating during the pilot.
  • Does not see other people's lessons, billing, or churn — like a regular teacher, they see only their own.

The main point: a mentor's lessons are analyzed and give them personal statistics, but a formal evaluation of their work is deferred for now — the role is set up "to grow into."
