Teacher admin panel¶
Who this is for. The teacher. Their workspace is built as a personal growth assistant: their own statistics, their own lessons, their own goals — not a showcase for management. The key rule: the teacher sees only their own — their own lessons, their own statistics. They do not see other people's lessons, other people's ratings, billing, or churn.
What they see and can do¶
Personal dashboard¶
Their own landing page: their own rating, how many lessons have been analyzed, talk-time balance, target-language ratio, questions per lesson, punctuality, the weekly trend, and current goals.
My lessons¶
A feed of only their own lessons. Any lesson can be opened to see its breakdown: the "lesson DNA," metrics, key moments (successful and problematic), the transcript of their own lesson, the ready-made report, and the method-compliance score presented as a hint rather than a verdict.
The transcript of their own lessons is presented as "a tool for reviewing one's own lesson" — the teacher can re-read how they explained things, what questions they asked, and where there was silence.
My profile¶
- personal statistics and short lesson summaries;
- goals — their own or set by the manager — with automatic progress;
- reviews from the manager (the feedback that is visible);
- a skills radar — strengths and weaknesses;
- voice enrollment (Voice ID) — optional, so the system can distinguish their voice more accurately (see the chapter «What is ControlAI»).
My methodology¶
For their own lessons, the teacher sees how they align with the center's methodology, and what to improve — in a coaching format (not "you've been punished," but "here is a growth area").
What the teacher does not see¶
- Other people's lessons and other people's ratings — only their own.
- Billing, the center's payroll, churn risk, branch comparisons — that is not their screen.
- There is no public "leaderboard" — the rating is private and exists for growth, not for competition.
The main point: the teacher's workspace is a personal growth tool: their own statistics, their own lessons, goals, feedback, and "what to improve" hints. Only their own is visible — this is exactly what makes it "an assistant, not surveillance."
