Superadmin admin panel (the ControlAI team)¶
Who this is. The superadmin is us, the ControlAI team. Unlike all the other roles, which operate inside a single center, the superadmin sees the entire platform and serves every center. This is not a customer role but our operational working tool.
In the current MVP a dedicated superadmin console has not been built yet — some of the functions below are on the roadmap. What follows is the target picture.
What they see and can do¶
Platform health across all centers¶
The lesson-processing status across all centers at a glance: where everything runs smoothly, and where failures or "stuck" tasks have piled up. The ability to restart processing and reprocess lessons (for example, after the models have been improved).
Center onboarding and setup¶
Creating a new center, configuring the connection to its NVR/DVR, and checking reachability and recording quality.
Platform-level billing¶
Activating paid hour packages for centers, monitoring balances and consumption across the platform as a whole.
Quality observability¶
Monitoring the quality of the analytics itself: how accurately Uzbek-Russian speech is recognized, how the models perform, and where intervention is needed. This is what helps us improve the product.
At the same time, the "privacy line" applies: our operational logs contain no personal data (names, phone numbers, conversation text) — we see the state of the system, not the content of lessons unless necessary. For more detail, see the chapter Privacy and trust.
How the superadmin differs from center roles¶
- Works across all centers rather than inside a single one.
- Handles platform operations (reliability, onboarding, model quality) rather than managing a specific learning center.
The key point: the superadmin is our internal role for operating the entire platform: processing health, center onboarding, billing, and analytics-quality monitoring — across all centers at once.
