ControlAI — how it works¶
This is an explanatory document about the ControlAI product: what it is, how the whole flow works from camera to report, what the system can do, and who benefits from it and how. The goal is that after reading it no questions remain about exactly how ControlAI works.
Who it's for¶
For everyone who needs to understand the product as a whole: - owners of learning centers — to see what it's for and what it delivers; - investors and partners — to understand the product and its value; - new team members — to get up to speed quickly.
How this document differs from the others¶
Here it's about the product in plain words: what it does and why. Deliberately without technical details ("how it's built inside") and without the business side (pricing, market). This is a standalone document — it can be read in full and independently.

How to read it¶
- In order — for a complete understanding of the product from start to finish.
- By chapter — if you need something specific (for example, "how the rating is calculated" or "what's needed from the center"). Chapters are linked together, and unfamiliar terms are collected in the glossary.
The note "(roadmap)" throughout the text means that the feature is technically feasible but not yet implemented — everything like that is collected in the Roadmap chapter.
