What's what here: - Header — which group, topic, teacher, room, time and status ("Ready"). - Metrics — the lesson's key numbers (what they mean — the «Metrics» chapter). - Lesson DNA — a colored band: how the time was distributed (teacher / questions / students / silence / group work). - Moments — successful (✓) and problematic (✗) episodes anchored to a timestamp. - Report — a short text written from the ready numbers. - Method-compliance score — how well the lesson matched the center's rubric.

What's what here: - Own metrics and rating — the teacher's personal statistics; in this personal format — with goals and hints — only the teacher sees it, while the owner sees the numbers in his own digests. - Goal — their own or set by a manager, with automatic progress. - What to improve — a hint for growth, not a "grade from above".
