Value for everyone¶
In the chapter «Inside the admin panel» we covered what each role sees and can do. This chapter is about something else: why they need it, and the specific benefit it brings. The same system solves different problems for different people.
For the owner¶
- Quality control without being present. Sees how every lesson went without re-watching recordings or sitting in on classes.
- Early warning. A weak teacher, a group on the verge of churning, a spike in late arrivals — visible in advance, before the problem costs money.
- Objective decisions. Whom to promote, whom to coach, whose workload to increase — based on numbers and trends, not on feelings and complaints.
- Student retention = revenue. A churn forecast buys time to step in and keep the group.
- Predictable budget and fair pay. Spending by the hour is in plain view; pay is based on lessons actually delivered — and, if the center opts in, a transparent rating bonus.
For the branch manager¶
- Order in operations. Schedule, people, equipment and consents — all in one place; scheduling conflicts are visible immediately.
- Fewer «fires». A camera offline, no audio, a failure — everything surfaces in a single task list rather than coming to light after the fact.
- Confidence in coverage. Clear visibility that all lessons were recorded and processed on time.
For the academic manager (methodist)¶
- Coverage of every lesson, not just a couple. Where they used to manage only a few percent of classes, the rubric is now filled in for every lesson.
- Expertise instead of routine. The AI does the rough work, the academic manager reviews and corrects it — taking a fraction of the time.
- A system that learns. Their corrections make future scores more accurate — the routine work only shrinks over time.
For the lead teacher¶
- Growth — their own and their mentees'. Their own dashboard for development plus visibility into the people they mentor — so they can help specifically, not «in general».
For the teacher¶
- Personal statistics that didn't exist before. An objective picture of their own lessons: how much they talked, how many questions, where the silence was.
- Clear goals and feedback. Sees exactly what to improve, and can see the progress.
- A helper, not a supervisor. The data goes to the teacher themselves and helps them grow, rather than serving as grounds for punishment; there are no other people's ratings are not shown to them, and there is no public «leaderboard».
For the mentor¶
- The same benefit, a gentler mode. Their classes are analyzed and they receive personal statistics as feedback — without a formal score during the pilot.
For the parent (future)¶
- Peace of mind about their child. Attendance and a brief summary of the child's classes — once a dedicated parent channel appears (see «Roadmap»).
For the student¶
- Lessons get better. Even without logging into the system, the student gets the main thing: a teacher who engages more and «lectures» less, and a center that spots problems earlier.
- Their own profile — in the future. On the roadmap, the student will get a personal profile: their participation in lessons, week-by-week progress and achievements (see «Roadmap»).
Key takeaway from this chapter: one system — different value. For the owner, control and retention; for the manager, order; for the academic manager, coverage and time savings; for the teacher, growth and support. No one is left «servicing the system» — everyone gets something.
