Admin panel for the branch manager¶
Who this is. The operational manager of a single branch (office). They are responsible for making sure that, in their branch, lessons run on schedule, get recorded and processed, and that people and consents are in order. Their access is limited to their branch.
In the current MVP there is no separate "branch manager" role yet — its functions are handled by the general "manager" role. Below is the target picture.
What they see and can do¶
Branch dashboard¶
The same summary as the owner's, but for their own branch: the day's metrics, today's lessons, the "Needs attention" feed.
Schedule¶
The manager's main working screen: the weekly grid of the branch's lessons — add, edit, or delete a lesson, assign a group/teacher/classroom. The system warns about conflicts (the same teacher or classroom booked twice). It is precisely the schedule that tells ControlAI when to pull recordings — which is why its accuracy is critical.
Lessons¶
The feed of the branch's lessons with statuses; you can open a lesson's result (metrics, transcript, report) and, if needed, re-send/re-run it.
People and groups¶
The branch's teachers, groups and students; generating invitation links; consent status.
Classrooms and equipment¶
The state of the cameras in the branch's classrooms (ready / needs a microphone / offline), connectivity checks.
Courses¶
Courses and levels, linking groups.
Operations¶
Tasks for the branch (camera offline, no audio, failure, awaiting consent, lesson did not take place) and a coverage summary: how many lessons were processed on time.
Teacher analytics and coaching — view-only¶
The manager sees the ratings, metrics and coaching baskets of the branch's teachers (for context and operational decisions), but the deep work with method compliance belongs to the academic manager (methodist).
What the branch manager usually does not do¶
- Does not see billing and payroll — that is the owner's level.
- Does not see other branches — only their own.
- Does not edit method-compliance verdicts — that is the academic manager (methodist).
The main point: the branch manager is the "operator" of their branch: schedule, people, equipment, consents, and making sure all lessons are recorded and processed on time.
