Admin panel for the lead teacher

Who this is. A lead teacher teaches themselves and at the same time mentors junior teachers. That is why they have two "faces" in the panel: their personal workspace (just like a regular teacher) plus limited visibility into their mentees.

In the current MVP there is no separate "lead teacher" role yet — for now this is the regular "teacher" role; mentoring over mentees is on the roadmap. Below is the target picture.

What they see and can do

As a teacher — their own workspace

Everything a regular teacher has (in detail — in the teacher instructions): - a personal dashboard with their own metrics and rating; - their lessons and lesson breakdowns (DNA, moments, transcript, report, method-compliance score); - their profile: goals, reviews, skills radar, voice recording (Voice ID).

As a mentor — mentees (roadmap)

  • visibility into the statistics and trends of their mentees (junior teachers);
  • the ability to suggest what to pay attention to, based on their metrics.

What the lead teacher does not do

  • Does not see the whole center — only themselves and their mentees (not all teachers, not billing, not payroll, not churn across all groups).

The key point: a lead teacher is a "teacher plus mentor": a full-fledged personal workspace for their own growth and limited visibility into their mentees so they can help them.
