Owner admin panel

Who this is. The owner or director of a center — the paying ControlAI customer. They need three things: keep lesson quality under control, stay within budget, and understand which teachers are pulling their weight and which are not. The owner has full access to everything in their center (and to all of its branches).

What they see and can do

Dashboard — the big picture

The first screen after login: the center's key indicators for the day (student talk-time ratio, target-language ratio, questions, punctuality — with trend arrows), the rating trend of all teachers, today's lessons and their status, a balance snapshot, and the "Needs attention" feed — the system surfaces what matters on its own (a teacher slipping, too much silence, a camera offline, an outstanding result).

Lessons

A feed of all lessons with filters (course, status). Any lesson can be opened to see its result in full: metrics, the "lesson DNA", key moments, the transcript, the ready-made report, and the method-compliance score.

Teachers

A list of all teachers with their rating, trend and metrics; clicking one opens the teacher card: a breakdown of the rating by factor, a skills radar, key moments, 8-week trends, goals and review history.

Coaching

Teachers are automatically sorted into "reward", "support", and "watch" — each with a specific recommended action.

Churn risk

Groups at risk of "falling apart": the risk level, attendance and engagement trends, the cause and the recommended action.

Branches

For chains — a comparison of branches against one another on key indicators, a branch ranking, top and lagging performers.

Analysis

Ad-hoc slices: pick a course, a metric and a period — and compare, for example, teachers by question count over a month; the result can be exported.

Center management

  • Schedule — the weekly lesson grid (it also triggers recording pulls).
  • People and groups — teachers, groups, students; invitations; consent status.
  • Courses — the catalog of courses and levels.
  • Rooms and equipment — camera status (ready / needs a mic / offline).
  • Consents — the consent status of teachers and parents.

Operations

  • Operations — all issues at once (camera offline, no audio, failure, awaiting consent, lesson did not take place) and a coverage summary: how many lessons were processed on time.
  • Billing — hour balance, packages, daily usage. (owner only)
  • Payroll — calculated from lessons actually delivered + a rating bonus, exportable. (owner only)

What the owner usually does not do themselves

  • Does not edit method-compliance verdicts — that is the methodist's job (the owner sees them, but the methodist usually makes the corrections).
  • Routine schedule and people management is often delegated to the branch manager.

The bottom line: the owner has a complete picture of the center: from the quality of every lesson and teacher ratings to churn risk, billing and payroll. This is their "control center".
