Privacy and Trust

ControlAI works with lesson recordings that contain voices and faces — including those of children. That is why trust here is not a "nice-to-have" but a precondition for operation. Let us explain calmly and to the point how data protection is set up.

Consents

Because lessons are recorded and analyzed (video and audio), getting started requires consents: - from teachers — to analyze their lessons; - from parents (where required) — regarding students.

Consents are part of onboarding a center, and they explicitly cover the audio and video recording of lessons. For a teacher, ControlAI is a personal assistant: personal statistics and a review of their own lessons — and that is exactly how it should be presented to the team when collecting consents.

Recordings Are Short-Lived

  • Raw video and audio are deleted automatically — no later than 7 days after the lesson.
  • Only the results remain: transcripts (the text of what was said in the lesson), report texts, metrics and scores. The audio and video recordings themselves are deleted.

In other words, what is stored long-term is the "useful distillation," not the actual videos and voices of lessons.

Data Stays in Uzbekistan

All recordings and data are stored on servers in Uzbekistan — in accordance with the local personal data law. They do not "spread" across foreign third-party services.

What Does Not Leave Our Systems

This is a firm technical commitment: - raw lesson video and audio are never sent to external AI services. - Speech-to-text and video analysis are performed on our own servers. - What goes out (to the external model that writes the report text) is only text and numbers — the transcript and the ready-made metrics, without the audio or video recording itself.

Access — Strictly by Role

  • Everyone sees only their own: a teacher sees their lessons, a branch manager sees their branch, and so on (see Inside the Admin Panel).
  • The teacher is protected from being "put on display": their statistics are private, there is no public "leaderboard."
  • Our service logs contain no personal data — no names, no phone numbers, no conversation text: we see the state of the system, not the content of lessons. Our staff can access lesson content only in targeted cases — for example, when investigating an incident at the center's request.

When a Center Leaves

If a center stops working with ControlAI, its data is deleted — a commitment we are ready to put in writing.
